Infranavi Holdings have acquired a minority stake of Trendab Motorsport AB. Trendab is a Swedish based enterprise involved in optimisation of modern and vintage racing engines, restoration of classic cars, retailers in motorsport equipment and garments. Apart from its racing workshop and retail business, the company have service facilities for race- and road cars. One of the company's business segments is Trendab Industry, a R&D division for the commercial vehicle industry.

STEFAN FRIBORG,1947-2015, RIP.

It is with intensive grief and loss we announce that Mr. Stefan Friborg have passed away after a severe heart attack in his residence in Dubai. Stefan (BSc Hons in Mechanical Engineering) was an outstanding asset to Navifast LTD, its Board of Directors and also a very close friend to all of us. He died in the age of 67.

Infranavi Holdings have acquired a majority stake in Philae Communications. The company is specialized in Corporate Identity & Communications, Marketing & Advertising and Design Management. The company will provide its services to its clients in the Nordic Countries through its subsidiary Philae-Europe, based in Sweden. The company will set up its business in Stockholm during 2016.
